At Clover, I redesigned merchant-facing experiences that directly impacted daily workflows for small business owners, including a real-time payment processing dashboard that improved data visibility. I also tackled navigation architecture across Clover's back-of-house web platform, working closely with engineering and product teams to establish more unified design patterns.
